TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

RAISE has an independent research and development team, cooperate with Jiangsu University of Science and Technology to set up the " Center for cutting dynamics research " in RAISE workshop. After 10 years of technology accumulation and innovation, RAISE has obtained more than 30 patents including 6 invention patents. From 2009, RAISE invented more than 30 kinds of new type milling cutters, such as RAISE dragon cutter, RASIE black HSS-Co cutter, RAISE QIHONG cutter, RAISE LANGYA milling cutter etc. All of these milling cutter and technologies are more eficient, more convenient and easier to duplicate the key. They were deeply loved by locksmith.

PRODUCTION & EQUIPMENT

Good quality milling cutter depends on the advanced equipment and technology. RAISE has the imported automatic five-axis grinding machine and other advanced equipments. Currently we have 6 sets of CNC milling machines, 3 sets of angle milling cutter production line, 2 set of carbide flat slotter production line, all kinds of CNC grinding machine more than 50 sets. The annual capacity of RAISE is up to 500000 pieces of end mill cutter and 120000 pieces of angle milling cutter. RAISE passed the Swiss SGS certification.

WHOLE PROCESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT

In order to ensure the high quality standard of milling cutter, RAISE has established a complete quality management system and implemented the whole process quality management. At present, RAISE is equipped with 6 high-magnification projectors, 5 optical microscopes, high-power electron microscope, 200 times magnification image detector, hardness tester, online automatic shank measuring system, online concentricity detection system, dynamic balance adjustment software. The professional quality team insists on doing quality management work such as the first inspection, process inspection, and warehouse inspection 24 hours a day to ensure that the unqualified products are not stored in the warehouse, so that the locksmith can use it with confidence.

PRODUCT TEST CENTER

In order to ensure the use of milling cutters, RAISE has established the most complete milling cutter testing center in the industry. The testing center has more than ten sets of milling cutter testing machines, including domestic models and foreign models. There are manual key machine, electronic key machine and a variety of keys and lock cylinders. The test items include: milling cutter sharpness test, milling cutter fracture test, milling cutter wear resistance test, key opening rate test, and many more. We know that genuine knowledge comes from practise: cutter is suitable when tested key can open the lock cylinder.

HIGH PERFORMANCE MILLING TOOL PRODUCTS

In order to ensure the high performance of milling cutter products, RAISE adopt the best carbide bar as the raw material, including Sweden SADVIK carbide, Taiwan Chunbao carbide, etc, The material is wear resistance, toughness, impact resistance, quality stability and suitable for key cutting; High speed steel is made of cobalt containing high speed steel imported from Japan and treated with special heat treatment technology. Its hardness is up to 64 68hrc and its wear resistance is much higher than similar products.
